Connell Foley is proud to announce that, for the second year in a row, partner Neil Mody has been named to "ROI Influencers: Diversity & Inclusion" by ROI-NJ. This annual listing recognizes the top leaders of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs across the state.
Neil, a partner in Connell Foley's Insurance Coverage Group and Co-chair of the firm's Diversity & Inclusion Committee, is recognized for his efforts on behalf of the Committee to foster "an open and welcoming workplace where all individuals can provide input on diversity and other matters of importance to them." This includes the firm's application for Mansfield Rule Certification, as well as additional support and resources for diverse and underrepresented attorneys. As ROI-NJ notes, "Neil also chairs Connell Foley’s hiring committee, through which he has successfully blended the firm’s recruiting and diversity activities, and further advanced the firm’s overall DEI efforts."
