For the second year in a row, Nevins McCann, co-chair of Connell Foley's Real Estate and Land Use Group, has been named to the "ROI Influencers Real Estate" listing. As noted in the publication, the Influencers are those identified as "the most powerful, most influential people in the industry... today."
Listed under the "Professional Services" segment of the Influencers, Nevins is one of only four lawyers selected for this honor.
The profile on Nevins reads: "Longtime real estate lawyer is involved in so much of the activity on the Gold Coast. 'Solid, steady, dependable, knowledgeable,' one insider said. 'I think lawyers don't get enough credit for the work they do on these deals. They make a huge difference to the bottom line. Nevins is one of those people who does that.'"
