John Cromie Appointed to USLAW Executive Committee

Roseland, New Jersey - October 1, 2014 - Connell Foley LLP is pleased to announce that John D. Cromie, chair of the firm’s Corporate and Business Law practice group, was appointed to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of USLAW NETWORK, Inc.  Mr. Cromie was also named as the Emerging Industries Director for the organization.  Previously, he served as Chair of USLAW’s Business and Advisory Services Practice Group, and is currently a member of both the Business and Advisory Services and Banking/Financial Services Practice Groups.

Mr. Cromie has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of corporate and business law, mergers and acquisition, real estate, and banking law. He counsels a wide variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 public companies to privately owned mid?cap enterprises and start-up ventures. He serves as outside general counsel to numerous companies in a variety of industries, including construction, manufacturing, specialty chemical, and medical.
