ROSELAND, NJ (October 16, 2012) - USLAW NETWORK, an international organization of over 100 independent member law firms across the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe and Africa, has re-appointed Connell Foley Partner John D. Cromie to its Board of Directors, for an additional two-year term.
Managed by a 17-member elected Board of Directors, USLAW Network is an invitation-only national organization comprised of independent AV-rated law firms, including Connell Foley LLP. A rigorous review process ensures USLAW Network maintains its reputation for outstanding quality.
The announcement was made at the organization’s annual membership meeting at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, in Washington, D.C. Cromie was a featured speaker at the USLAW Fall 2012 Conference, at the Business Advisory Practice Group Education Track, covering the topic of “Succession Planning and Exit Strategies in the Sale of a Business.”

For over 24 years, Cromie has supported clients in the areas of real estate, corporate/business law, mergers and acquisition, and banking law. Chair of Connell Foley’s Corporate Law and Transactions Practice Group, he counsels a wide variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 public companies to privately owned mid-cap enterprises and start-up ventures. Cromie serves as outside General Counsel to numerous companies in a variety of industries including real estate, construction, manufacturing, specialty chemical, and medical.
