John Cromie, Chair of Connell Foley's Corporate and Business Law Group and the Immediate Past Chair of the USLAW Board of Directors, co-authored the article "Surety Bonds: They're Not Just for Construction Projects Anymore" for the Fall 2019 issue of USLAW Magazine. The article, co-authored with Katherine Cromie, TRAC Associate in the Construction Practice Group at Marsh USA, examines the various uses of surety bonds beyond traditional construction applications, including commercial bonds, lease bonds and others.
