ROSELAND, N.J./August 1, 2008 -- Kevin J. Coakley, Managing Partner of Connell Foley LLP, was featured in the summer edition of Commerce Magazine, the publication’s annual legal issue which is published by the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey. In the article, "Does Your Business Have the Horsepower for Long-Term Success?: Good Legal Advice Can Make the Difference Between First and Last," the editors asked managing partners of over a dozen top New Jersey law firms about the legal trends and challenges facing New Jersey’s business community.

One of the topics Mr. Coakley covered was the need for businesses to stay on top of the latest technology trends. Today, many businesses reach customers via blogs, specialized social networks, and other “Web 2.0” sites that incorporate user-generated content. “We help businesses navigate in these newly developing areas to gain maximum advantage while minimizing third-party liability,” said Mr. Coakley.

Mr. Coakley is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use and Environmental Law practice groups. For more information please call 973-535-0500 or send an email to kcoakley@connellfoley.com
