Dory and Dalo Author Article on Dangers of Unregulated Re-Use/Recycling

Nicole B. Dory, a partner in Connell Foley’s Environmental and Real Estate & Land Use Groups, and John Dalo, an associate in the Groups, authored the article “Unregulated Re-Use/Recycling in New Jersey and Its Impact on Business and the Environment” for the September 19, 2016 issue of the New Jersey Law Journal.  The article examines the thriving network of companies that illegally dump contaminated soil and construction debris throughout New Jersey, as well as the issues that have led to the situation and the impact on the environment and the public at large.  Please click here to read the full article.
