Five Connell Foley partners will be among the presenters at the Fall 2022 USLAW Network Client Conference. The three-day program will be held September 15-17 in Austin, TX and features corporate partners, and legal and business decision-makers from across a spectrum of industries and practice areas. Our partners will participate in several Session I track topics.

Connell Foley's partners will present the following:

September 16:

  • John Cromie (Track I) will present – Business Issues, Corporate Transactions and M&A: "Headwinds or Tailwinds: Challenges and Opportunities to Closing M&A Transactions in a Virtual and Challenging Economic and Regulatory Environment.”
  • Catherine Bryan (Track III) and co-presenters, Richard E. McLawhorn of Sweeny, Wingate & Barrow, P.A. and Nicholas A. Rauch of Larson King, LLP will present – Complex Tort and Product Liability: “The Worst Verdict Imaginable.”
  • Karen Painter Randall (Track V) and co-presenter James D. Snyder of Klinedinst, PC will present – Professional Liability: “Cyber Liability, Hacking, Scamming and Attendant Claims Against Law Firms.”

September 17:

Patrick Hughes (Track II) and co-presenter, Joseph S. Goode of Laffey, Leitner & Goode LLC, will present – Business Litigation and Class Actions: “Third-Party Subpoenas: To Respond or Not to Respond.”

Margot Wilensky (Track III) and co-presenters Colleen E. Hastie of Traub Lieberman and Jack J. Laffey of Laffey, Leitner & Goode LLC will present – Complex Tort and Product Liability: “Litigating Complex Cases in the Age of COVID-19: The Long View of this “Brave New World.”
