Print PDF

Neil Dornbaum and Kathleen Peregoy, Co-chairs of Connell Foley’s Immigration and Global Mobility Practice, are presenting for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) “Annual Immigration Conference” on May 4.

As planning chairman, program moderator and speaker, Neil will discuss, along with key governmental agencies (USCIS, USCBP, USICE, DOS, and DOJ), the Biden Administration’s immigration policies, and how these policies continue to impact daily immigration practices.

Serving as a moderator for this one-day program, Kathleen will join the other panelists to offer perspectives and strategies for overcoming these challenges and managing the ever-evolving circumstances in all areas of immigration law and practice settings.

This program offers CLE credit for New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.
