Randall Appointed Co-Chair of NJSBA Cybersecurity Legal Task Force

Connell Foley is extremely pleased to announce that Karen Painter Randall, Chair of the firm's Cybersecurity and Data Privacy group, has been appointed by the New Jersey State Bar Association to co-chair its newly created Cybersecurity Task Force. According to the NJSBA, the Task Force "will study the issues facing the [legal] profession and proffer information and resources to address pressing cybersecurity and privacy issues facing attorneys, as well as provide recommendations that will help attorneys minimize risk and guide their clients by identifying cost-effective protection strategies and solutions."

Ms. Randall will serve as Co-chair of the group with David Weinstein, Chief Technology Officer for the State of New Jersey.
