Connell Foley Launches Bergen County Presence With Acquisition of White Collar Firm

Law firm Connell Foley is established as a major player in Hudson and Essex counties, but the acquisition of the Hackensack-based Neary Law, captained by former prosecutor and veteran criminal defense practitioner Brian Neary, shows the firm is looking to make that same impact in Bergen County.

Today, Connell Foley announced that Neary, along with one associate counsel and an office manager, are set to join the firm Aug. 1. The move represents a significant expansion into a new market. The four professionals, along with current Connell Foley personnel, will continue to operate in the existing Hackensack office under the Connell Foley name.
