Neil Dornbaum and Kathleen Peregoy, Co-chairs of Connell Foley’s Corporate Immigration and Global Mobility Practice, are quoted in the article "What Businesses Need to Know about Changes to H-1B Visas and More," which appeared in New Jersey Business Today, a publication of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA).

The article recaps Neil's and Kathleen's webinar "2021 Business Immigration Update: The New Hiring Climate Under the Biden Administration," which they presented on February 4, 2021 for NJBIA's HR Council.  Neil and Kathleen explain the status of some of the changes made to federal immigration rules by the Trump administration, including the H-1B visa program, and how it impacts U.S. employers and their hiring practices. They also provide insight into what is happening under the new presidential administration and the effects COVID is having on those looking to hire foreign national workers.
