Nikki Alieva is an associate practicing in Connell Foley's Environmental Group. Her background includes all phases of litigation. As a legal intern for the U.S. Environment Protection Agency, Nikki worked with the Emergency and Remedial Response Division in connection with matters involving the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). She also has experience conducting hearings in front of administrative law judges, and in defending medical malpractice actions. Nikki is fluent in Russian and proficient in Spanish.
