TPS Venezuela Has Changed Again

On Friday, September 12, USCIS updated its website concerning TPS Venezuela (see below).  The change was based on a court  decision dated September 5, 2025, and may change again.  As always, we will continue to provide you with updates. 

2021 Designation of Venezuela for TPS (Venezuela 2021)

Applies to Venezuela 2021 beneficiaries who did not re-register under the Jan. 17, 2025 Extension notice.

Venezuela 2021 beneficiaries who re-registered under the Jan. 17 notice, fall under the 2023 column.

2023 Redesignation of Venezuela for TPS (Venezuela 2023)

(Including Venezuela 2021 beneficiaries who re-registered under the Jan. 17 notice)
