Connell Foley is proud to have served as Chair of The Jersey City Summit for Real Estate Investment for eight years. Built to help accelerate growth, the Summit brings together hundreds of Jersey City's most accomplished real estate leaders, enthusiastic advocates, visionaries, and thought leaders to share ideas, best practices, and the newest innovations to help drive economic development. With over 1,000 attendees expected to participate this year, it remains the area's largest and most anticipated real estate leadership conference.

This year's event will be held in person on May 22, 2023. It will feature a variety of discussion panels, in-depth project reviews, and a closing keynote interview with Amir Korangy, Founder/Publisher of The Real Deal, and Richard LeFrak, Chairman & CEO of LeFrak.

Connell Foley partner Phil McGovern will serve as Chair and Master of Ceremonies for the Summit. Nevins McCann, Co-chair of Connell Foley's Real Estate and Land Use Group, will moderate for the Office panel and partner George Duke will present. In addition, partners Jennifer Carrillo-Perez and George Garcia will serve as co-moderators of the panel on Affordable Housing.
