Connell Foley LLP partners Jennifer Carrillo-Perez, Vaughn L. McKoy, and Elnardo Webster have been named to the prestigious “ROI Influencers: People of Color 2024” list.

This is the second year in a row that all three of these Newark-based partners made the list, which the publication describes as celebrating New Jersey’s diverse “world-class workforce.”

Jennifer is a sought-after advisor on key development projects and legislative issues. Her work includes complex redevelopment matters, as well as affordable housing development. She devotes her time to projects that positively impact New Jersey's cities. She has been selected for membership in the Emerging Leaders Council of the Rutgers Center for Real Estate.

Vaughn is a well-known figure in New Jersey and New York. He is a leader who has worked with corporations, communities, and people. Vaughn serves as outside counsel to corporations and as a board member for regional organizations. As the COO of the City of Paterson, N.J., Vaughn was appointed by the mayor to help lead the city’s transformation and new policy implementation.

Elnardo focuses his practice on real estate and regulatory matters, and government affairs. He has been active in Democratic politics, most notably serving as Treasurer and Finance Chairman to Senator Cory Booker’s mayoral campaigns, and has served on numerous boards, including the board of Saint Peters University.
